Because our products are custom made-to-order and limited edition, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general buyers' remorse.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at accinovationshop@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved for a replacement due to damage or an error on our part, we will provide instructions and a pre-paid return label to exchange the damaged or incorrect order with a new or correct item. Items sent back to us without prior contact will not be accepted.
